berry good

It's chilly time here in Kitchener and for fun I decided to knit a new design with berries and leaves. I love curvy patterns and this one definitely does it for me. The brown yarn is most likely a mix of acrylic and wool, I'm not too sure as I picked it up at a garage sale years ago and finally found a use for it. I love the brown and I love the red with the brown.

I love red and brown together too! Just driving up the hill, looking at the really red autumn leaves against the brown bark of the trees made me want to knit brown and red together -- great minds as they say! Really love the curly pattern too!

Gorgeous! When will it be a pattern? Is there a link we can follow to see your creation?!

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy knitting the seaman's cap. I've made several and recently made one with bulky weight yarn starting with 66 stitches. I need to knit to 8-8.5" before the decrease, I think, but it is the perfect cap. Thanks for sharing.
